Delivery timescales

Subject to stock availability, we normally despatch products within 3 working days. Where it is necessary to assemble and/or sterilise an item on receipt of your order, we will email you with an estimated despatch date. If you require your order urgently, we suggest you call us first to check for availability.

Delivery to UK mainland

Delivery on a one day service is FREE for orders of 3 cases or more to destinations in mainland UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands - see below). For orders of 1 or 2 cases there is a £25 small order charge.

Delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands

Unfortunately, we are unbale to accept online orders for delivery to these destinations. Please email us with your order and we will provide you with the carriage cost. For orders of 1 or 2 cases there is also a £25 small order charge.

Delivery to EU and other countries

Firstly, please check to see if we have a distributor who can supply you. If so, it will probably be more cost effective to purchase our products from them.

If you would like to order from us directly, please email us with your order and we will provide you with the carriage cost and advise delivery timescales. For orders of 1 or 2 cases there is also a £25 small order charge.
