Items correctly supplied against an order but subsequently no longer required or cancelled too late to halt delivery may, at the discretion of Medfor, be returned for credit provided the carton containing the goods is still unopened and in good, re-sellable condition.
A restocking charge of 20% of the invoice value of the goods (subject to a minimum charge of £10) will be levied for this service.
Before returning any goods, approval for such action must first be obtained from an identified member of our sales/customer service staff who, in event of our agreeing to the return, will give you a returns number. This returns number must accompany any goods returned and be included in any paperwork sent to us. If you omit to include this number the returned goods will not be accepted by Medfor and will be returned to you at your expense. Once approval for return has been given, we must receive the goods within three weeks. Goods returned are done so at the customerís own risk and expense.
